Two weeks passed since Berlin, and I'm still high on this vibe.
I mean, this trip was just full of first times. My first flight, my first abroad aside from Finland, my first gig this big, my first FF show. And the way it turned out is just beyond my expectations. I got so lucky, man.
Front row, 70000 people behind me, from random countries, singing in unison, especially in times like these (pun intended), when the world seemes to be divided. It's so overwhelming!
You know this surreal feeling, when you used to see someone on your laptop only? It's so easy to confuse them with some kind of fictional character. Cause you can't seem to wrap your head around the fact, that you're living in the same period of time on the same planet.
But now I know. They do really exist! I was there and I saw these nicest guys, indeed, and they saw me, and it aired online, for Christ's sake! And it's so fucked up! Almost like meating the actual Santa summer day on the street.
And when I start to hesitate, if this really happened, I have this effing magic drumstick to keep me grounded, the one I delivered home, holding like an Olympic fire.
I'm sorry it got so messy. What I'm trying to say is: if you're ambivalent about doing smth, don't be. What do they say? Better make and regret it than regret not doing it? Right? That's it. Go for it, you guys!
